Barel is a wine producer in Thrace / Turkey.

They are not so big but producing wines with good quality.

Grape: % 100 Cabernet Sauvignon (6 month in Oak barrel) % 14 ABV with full body wine. Medium-long finish with strong tannins.

Plum, Tobacco, earth  on nose. Fresh plum, cherry and black berries on palate.

Pairing : Beef and lamp especially on barbeque. Strong cheese.
