Yazgan Cabernet Sauvignon

A different Cabernet Sauvignon from Yazgan Vineyards.

Have great blackberries, cherry, pepper and plum notes on nose. Also have strong taste on palate like berries, red fruits. Balanced with medium body and strong tannins. Medium finished.

We taste it with chicken that have strong spicy sauce and cheddar cheese.

It was a very good pairing.
